Change of Mind
We totally understand that sometimes things just don’t work out, but under Australian Consumer Law, we’re not required to offer a refund or exchange if you change your mind. That said, we still want to be fair and flexible! If you have any issues with your order, feel free to get in touch with us within 14 days of receiving your purchase, and we’ll see how we can help.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you’re entitled to a full refund, repair, or exchange as per your rights under Australian Consumer Law. If you believe there’s an issue with your order, please reach out to us within 30 days of receiving the product so we can sort it out for you. We’ll need some photos of the damage or fault, and we’ll handle the rest.
- Contact Us – Fill out our contact form with your order number and details of the issue (or just a friendly message if it’s a change of mind!).
- Return the Product – If we agree on a return, we’ll provide you with instructions for returning the item. Please ensure the product is unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging where possible.
- Refund/Exchange – Once we receive the returned item, we’ll issue your refund or send out an exchange, depending on what you prefer.
- Shipping Cost: For faulty or damaged items, we’ll cover the return shipping costs. For change of mind returns, you will be responsible for the return postage.
